Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

 

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and tags still attached.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items & items that have been altered or customised.

Returning by mail

At Westwillow, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return by mail policy.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: To start the return process, please fill out the return form located in the Contact section of our website. Our customer service team will assist you in completing the return process.

  2. Return shipment: Once your return request has been approved, please ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Return processing: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet the return criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed once we receive your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the steps for returning by mail and indicate your exchange preferences on the return form. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

How to measure

Bust: Arms down and bring the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust.

 

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist, keeping the tape slightly loose.

 

Hips: Stand straight on, bring the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.

 

Length: Stand straight and tall, measure from the base of the neck down your back.
