We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or items that have been altered or customised.

 

Items will be packaged and sent out for delivery within 5 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays, as those are typically not considered "business days." 

It's also important to note that this is a estimate and there may be unforeseen delays. The shipping carrier's estimated delivery time will be in addition to the 5 business days it takes to process the order.
